Please join us for an educational program, highlight of the new NAWCC New England Regional Meeting. We are hosted by the New Hampshire Historical Society, a few-minutes drive from our Mart at the Everett Arena. On-street parking is plentiful around the historic building. Your suggested donation, added to your meeting registration, will be included in our donation to the Society for hosting our special group event.

PROGRAM

Welcome by Jonathan M. Olly, Ph.D., NHHS Director of Museum Collections Welcome and Introduction by Bob Frishman, Co-Chair, NAWCC New England Regional . Chris Bailey, former curator of the American Clock & Watch Museum, will discuss the importance of Charles S. Parsons' classic book on New Hampshire Clockmaking and generous donation of his New Hampshire clock collection to the NHHS. . Damon DiMauro, Gordon College professor and author of articles in the NAWCC Bulletin, will reveal recent discoveries about Abiel Chandler, Concord New Hampshire Clockmaker. John Fitzwilliam, longtime collector and restorer, will display and discuss important examples of early New Hampshire clocks.
